A : Yes, kindly write down your collection time at the remark at checkout. The collection time is from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm every day.

A : You may trace your parcel here  Kindly choose your courier company and search your tracking number on the page.

A : We accept online banking and e-wallets. We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) at the moment.

A : Please check your items carefully when you receive them, including the expiry date and product conditions. Report to our customer service within 24 hours after you receive the items and we will arrange a return/refund for you. Requests made after 24 hours will not be entertained.

- Klang Valley buyers ship by Deliver by Seller : The next day for orders placed before 5pm.
- Klang Valley Buyers ship by Easy Parcel: 5-7 working days
- West Malaysia buyer outside klang valley area: 5-7 working days
- East Malaysia Buyer: 10-15 working days

A : We deliver dry ingredients to the whole of Malaysia. For fresh and frozen ingredients, delivery is limited to Klang Valley only. Please check with Us if your area is within the Klang Valley area.
